Collections of interactive web applications for the visualisation, teaching and investigation of advanced scalp EEG and intracranial EEG analysis.

Welcome to the prototype of a future interactive learning platform dedicated to advanced EEG analysis. Here, you will find a series of web applications designed to help you intuitively explore key concepts such as electrical source imaging (ESI) and functional connectivity. Developed for students and researchers, this open-access resource aims to make complex neuroimaging methods more accessible. The applications are built using NiiVue and Plotly and were developed by Dr Nicolas Roehri at the University of Geneva, Faculty of Medecine, EEG and Epilepsy Unit.

Functional Connectivity

Demos

Inverse Solution

Show topography of different brain sources.
Interactive display of multi-source point spread function for inverse solution operator on MRI.
Illustraction of the impact of the regularisation parameter lambda when localising an interictal epileptiform discharge.

Functional Connectivity

Epileptic seizure recorded with iEEG, displayed along connectivity/network measure.
Interictal connectivity during sleep recorded with iEEG.
Group averaged non-invasive interictal connectivity during wakefulness recorded with high-density EEG.

Structural Connectivity

Interactive structural brain network with user-adjustable edge and node properties.
Same as above but displayed along a connectivity matrix.
